The Happening 110 Staff come from across the Diocese. Scroll down to see those who have accepted their positions on staff (more to be added in the coming weeks).
Gofers are the people who make sure everything gets where it needs to be when it needs to be there! They bring supplies, carry messages, and shepherd small groups.
Entertainment staff lead games throughout the weekend. They also select and lead music during worship services and when everyone is just hanging out!
SCRIBE
Scribes are responsible for the video, and occasionally audio, parts of the weekend. In consultation with the Spiritual Directors, they edit the slides that are projected as part of music, worship, and program.
Samaritans are usually people who have finished high school but only recently, or not yet, finished college. Their work is mostly behind the scenes, preparing fun surprises, assisting where needed, and making sure everything goes smoothly.
Moms and Dads are adults who help with anything and everything! Their job is to stay in the background, to keep our young people safe, and to empower our youth to lead. They usually stay in the dorms with the youth at night, provide food during snack time, and do their best to keep everyone safe. Moms & Dads (and all other adults) must have a current background check on file with the Diocese and be fully trained on the new "Safe Church, Safe Communities" modules prior to service.
Spiritual Directors are usually clergy from the Diocese. They lead worship, offer counseling, explain some aspects of worship in the Episcopal tradition, and help us to remember to keep Christ at the center of all we do.
